Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,268 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-715P, MIRLET7A2, and MIR6075. Each is linked with AMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMT-to-partner and partner-to-AMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-715P grouped by AMT-low versus AMT-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
