AMN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,306 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCO2, CLUH, and UTP4. Each is linked with AMN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMN-to-partner and partner-to-AMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMN versus SCO2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
