Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMHR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,439 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP1B2, NFATC4, and LRRC4B. Each is linked with AMHR2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMHR2-to-partner and partner-to-AMHR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMHR2 versus ATP1B2 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
