AMHR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMHR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,094 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMHR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC4A4_S213, SLC4A4_S257, and LAMA2. Each is linked with AMHR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMHR2-to-partner and partner-to-AMHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMHR2 versus SLC4A4_S213 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
