Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,769 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MC1, MED27, and URM1. Each is linked with AMHR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMHR2-to-partner and partner-to-AMHR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MC1 grouped by AMHR2-low versus AMHR2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
