Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_zeta, Gab2, and N-Ras. Each is linked with AMHR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMHR2-to-partner and partner-to-AMHR2 results are reported.
