Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMHR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,014 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMHR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monosaccharide transmembrane transport, Regulation of receptor catabolic process, and Regulation of the force of heart contraction. Each is linked with AMHR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMHR2-to-partner and partner-to-AMHR2 results are reported.
