AMHR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMHR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 142 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMHR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52E2, TPPP2, and CDR1. Each is linked with AMHR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMHR2-to-partner and partner-to-AMHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52E2 grouped by AMHR2-low versus AMHR2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
