AMH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN2, OR4E2, and OR10G9. Each is linked with AMH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMH-to-partner and partner-to-AMH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN2 grouped by AMH-low versus AMH-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
