Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMELY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AMELY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-600P, RNU6-1126P, and RN7SKP213. Each is linked with AMELY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMELY-to-partner and partner-to-AMELY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-600P grouped by AMELY-low versus AMELY-high in LUAD.
