Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMELY RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AMELY data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher AMELY RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMELY expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PRAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and TGCT are the cancer types where AMELY RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
