AMELY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMELY RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMELY-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA7, ADCY2, and ACSBG1. Each is linked with AMELY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMELY-to-partner and partner-to-AMELY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABCA7 grouped by AMELY-low versus AMELY-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMELY→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMELY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
