ALX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R64P, RN7SL783P, and AK6P1. Each is linked with ALX4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALX4-to-partner and partner-to-ALX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R64P grouped by ALX4-low versus ALX4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
