ALX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,447 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOPBP1, SUMO3, and RBM42. Each is linked with ALX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALX1-to-partner and partner-to-ALX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALX1 versus TOPBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
