ALS2CL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALS2CL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,965 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALS2CL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A10, ANXA2, and ZNF185. Each is linked with ALS2CL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALS2CL-to-partner and partner-to-ALS2CL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALS2CL versus S100A10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALS2CL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALS2CL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
