ALS2CL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALS2CL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALS2CL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Rad50. Each is linked with ALS2CL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALS2CL-to-partner and partner-to-ALS2CL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smad4 grouped by ALS2CL-low versus ALS2CL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALS2CL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALS2CL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
