ALS2CL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALS2CL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 135 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALS2CL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM160A1, UCMA, and VWC2L. Each is linked with ALS2CL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALS2CL-to-partner and partner-to-ALS2CL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM160A1 grouped by ALS2CL-low versus ALS2CL-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALS2CL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALS2CL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
