Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf53, ARMC3, and RPL23AP74. Each is linked with ALPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPG-to-partner and partner-to-ALPG results are reported.
