Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMY2A, TRIM49D2, and OR2B3. Each is linked with ALPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPG-to-partner and partner-to-ALPG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMY2A grouped by ALPG-low versus ALPG-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
