ALOX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LPXN, LSP1, and RASAL3. Each is linked with ALOX5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX5-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALOX5 versus LPXN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
