Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX12P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,930 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX12P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Nucleotide-excision repair, and Golgi to endosome transport. Each is linked with ALOX12P1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX12P1-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX12P1 results are reported.
