Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,124 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALOX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA8, EIPR1, and UBTD2. Each is linked with ALOX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX12-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALOX12 versus NDUFA8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
