ALKBH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,440 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, MEPCE, and PDAP1. Each is linked with ALKBH4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH4-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALKBH4 versus GTF2I in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
