ALKBH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD10, LIN7C, and TIRAP. Each is linked with ALKBH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH4-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTBD10 grouped by ALKBH4-low versus ALKBH4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
