Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALKBH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,667 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with ALKBH4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH4-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH4 results are reported.
