ALKBH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,707 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POU2F2, TRIP6, and MNDA. Each is linked with ALKBH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH3-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALKBH3 versus POU2F2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
