Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,257 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALKBH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L1P1, ALKBH3-AS1, and CPED1. Each is linked with ALKBH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH3-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALKBH3 versus SEC14L1P1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
