ALKBH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,742 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAHD1, ZNF746, and KMT5A. Each is linked with ALKBH3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH3-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAHD1 grouped by ALKBH3-low versus ALKBH3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
