Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 272 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLDC2, LRRC23, and CASC3. Each is linked with ALK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALK-to-partner and partner-to-ALK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALK versus TLDC2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
