Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L6P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,165 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALG1L6P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Obsolete histone modification. Each is linked with ALG1L6P in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L6P-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L6P results are reported.
