Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG1L6P RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALG1L6P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ALG1L6P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG1L6P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRC, UVM, and KICH are the cancer types where ALG1L6P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
