Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 825 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP286, MTND5P22, and PRR13P7. Each is linked with ALG1L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L2 results are reported.
