ALG1L13P

associated omics data
ALG1 like 13, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ALG1L13P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ALG1L13P expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ALG1L13P is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, ALG1L13P RNA expression shows 17,936 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight THCA, LUAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where ALG1L13P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes ALG1L13P survival associations across molecular data types. ALG1L13P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (22). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible ALG1L13P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High ALG1L13P expression shows unfavorable associations in THCA, LGG, KIRC and ACC, but favorable associations in BRCA and LAML. The THCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .003). Together, the overview and detailed table identify THCA as the clearest survival context for ALG1L13P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for ALG1L13P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. ALG1L13P shows lower tumor expression in LUAD, LIHC, LUSC and KICH and higher tumor expression in HNSC and COAD. The LUAD box plot shows higher ALG1L13P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.526, t-test p < 0.001).
