Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L11P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,482 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALG1L11P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, LMNB2, and KANK2. Each is linked with ALG1L11P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L11P-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L11P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG1L11P versus HDGFL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
