Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG1L11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALG1L11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ALG1L11P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG1L11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, LUAD, and LGG are the cancer types where ALG1L11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
