Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 143 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RWDD1, RN7SL134P, and RNU6-548P. Each is linked with ALG14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG14-to-partner and partner-to-ALG14 results are reported.
