Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG14-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,808 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG14-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA 3'-end processing, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with ALG14-AS1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG14-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ALG14-AS1 results are reported.
