Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG14-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALG14-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ALG14-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG14-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

COAD, KICH, and TGCT are the cancer types where ALG14-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
