ALG10B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,529 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG10B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, WDR5, and STAG2. Each is linked with ALG10B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG10B-to-partner and partner-to-ALG10B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG10B versus VEZF1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
