Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG10B RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALG10B data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ALG10B RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG10B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SCLC show a favorable association.

BRCA, SCLC, and KIRC are the cancer types where ALG10B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
