Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,717 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALG10B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint, and Regulation of heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with ALG10B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG10B-to-partner and partner-to-ALG10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling grouped by ALG10B-low versus ALG10B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
