ALG10B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG10B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG10B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF2, OR4D6, and MRAP. Each is linked with ALG10B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG10B-to-partner and partner-to-ALG10B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF2 grouped by ALG10B-low versus ALG10B-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
