ALDH8A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH8A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,054 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH8A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZUP1, AFF2, and UNC5D. Each is linked with ALDH8A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH8A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH8A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH8A1 versus ZUP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH8A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH8A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
