Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH7A1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,760 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH7A1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telencephalon development, Regulation of DNA biosynthetic process, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with ALDH7A1P2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH7A1P2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH7A1P2 results are reported.
