Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALDH3B1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALDH3B1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher ALDH3B1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALDH3B1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PDAC, COAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ALDH3B1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
