AKR7L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,291 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKR7L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKR7A3, CASP4, and PPP1R18. Each is linked with AKR7L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR7L-to-partner and partner-to-AKR7L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
