Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR7L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 337 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, PVALB, and IL2RB. Each is linked with AKR7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR7L-to-partner and partner-to-AKR7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
