Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR7L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, MEK1, and N-Ras. Each is linked with AKR7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR7L-to-partner and partner-to-AKR7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
