Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKR7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,026 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR7L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mycotoxin catabolic process, Aflatoxin catabolic process, and Toxin catabolic process. Each is linked with AKR7L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR7L-to-partner and partner-to-AKR7L results are reported.
