Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,126 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA5, CHEK1, and ATAD2. Each is linked with AKR1A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1A1-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKR1A1 versus CDCA5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
